A lifelong storyteller, Michelle Mulak has spent her adult life on a quest for learning, growth and authenticity. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, she majored in Interdisciplinary Studies. This integrative degree featured a shared major in Behavioral Science and Education, and a minor in Leadership, uniquely preparing her to use these skill sets in tandem in her professional ambitions.

Thus far, achievements have covered a wide range, including small business startup and expansion (Ohana Surf & Art Camp), an award-winning stint as Florida Today's Fitness & Water Reporter, development and management of Health First's renown Kid's Fitness program, and a director of marketing role for Brevard County's fastest-growing brewery (Playalinda Brewing Company).

For more than two decades, Michelle lived in Cocoa Beach, FL. Here, she was an active part of the Brevard County community as a professional, parent, business owner, artist, youth sports coach, and volunteer. In August 2025, Michelle relocated to Southwest Colorado with her husband, Steven, and their dog, Fozzie.

 

In her free time, Michelle enjoys hiking, surfing, skiing, making art, collecting sea glass, global travel, playing outside, exploring nature,  swimming, gardening, reading, and sock sliding.
